A Very Human Experience

As the world continues adjusting to the pandemic, filmed short operas are making their way to performance popularity! Join Opera Elect for an evening of three filmed short operas; Sense of Self by Lisa Neher and Kendra Leonard, The Anthropocene Vignettes by Jessi Harvey, and Non Motus by Marc Hoffeditz and Ilana Fogelson.  These three works relate to each other in that they highlight snapshots of our very human experiences, like having to make a decision about breast cancer surgery, sitting in traffic, or learning to listen again. This concert will take place online on June 27th at 5 p.m. MST. Tickets will be $20. Audience members will begin receiving their viewing link 2-3 days before the concert. The revenue OE gains through ticket sales goes directly to paying all of our artists and funding future concerts and films.
